Free ferry service, close proximity to markets, availability of bicycle rentals
The noise levels were unbearable!!! The lack of proper maintenance is apparent, with worn-out mattresses and poorly functioning bathrooms. The absence of an elevator made lugging heavy bags an exhausting ordeal!!!

We had a sweet as time away, but the shower was cold as, and the furniture was old as dirt. Staff were super friendly though!

my previous stays in amsterdam had mixed results, but this time was a surprise. the balcony in my twin room added charm, and the powerful shower kept me refreshed. being a short walk from the free ferry made my summer holiday even more enjoyable.
the bathroom facilities could use updating.

Would be happy to recommend for a short stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the free ferry that runs every 10 minutes to the city center, and affordable public parking nearby at €9.60 per day, making it a smart choice for exploring.
All was flawless.

The location is perfect for family adventures, easily walkable to the city center and close to bike rentals. The kids loved our clean room with a small balcony, and the friendly staff were so accommodating. Don't miss the nearby café for brunch!
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

i had a fantastic experience during my family holiday at a hotel in amsterdam. it was better than my previous stays, with a comfortable bed in the double room private bathroom and a super convenient ferry just a short walk away for getting to the city. the surrounding area offered great bakery options too.
air conditioning was missing.

The free ferry to central Amsterdam was such a cool perk! 🚢 Our room was small, but we spent little time in it. Only downside was the tiny bathroom facilities. solid if you're on a budget!

Convenient ferry access and neat local eats
During my 2-night stay, I found the proximity to the free ferry to Amsterdam Centraal a remarkable perk, allowing for easy access to the city while enjoying the serene atmosphere across the water. The nearby Turkish restaurant and bakery had fantastic offerings, making it easy to grab a delicious meal or snack. the room was quite compact, and I wish the bathroom facilities had been cleaner.

Family with children a decent budget option
The location was very good , 5 min short walk to free ferry across to Centrum , perfect for exploring. Staff were helpful with local tips and quite friendly, made it nice to stay.
It was a bit pricey for what you get but overall acceptable, not fancy but decent enough for family.

The staff were friendly and provided helpful local tips. The room was tiny and bathroom conditions could be cleaner. Handy for biking around the city with rentals available nearby. Tough climb up those steep stairs if you have luggage. Nice to have a café right next door.

missingWrote a review on May 22delicious baklavahelpful stafffantastic locationbroken showersteep stairs
Stumbled upon amazing eats at Hira, just a hop away, and the Turkish spot nearby had ‘baklava’ that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the staff's eagerness to help with those stairs made my life a lot easier. Oh, and let’s not forget how convenient it was to get to central station with the free ferry!
The shower situation had me feeling like I was on a rollercoaster, freezing or scorching! And those steep stairs? A real workout for my aging legs—definitely not ideal for anyone with heavy luggage or small kids in tow.
